ORDER STATUS
Upon checking out you will receive an order confirmation via email. As soon items have shipped you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information. SHIPPING
U.S ORDERS
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Please note if you place an order after 4pm on Friday through Sunday the order will be processed the following week.
US standard shipping time 5-8 business days
US expedited shipping time 1-2 business days. 

 

REST OF THE WORLD 

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Please note; if you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday the order will be processed the following week.

 Import duties are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.  

 

 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We ask that you please measure your pup correctly before purchasing to ensure you get the correct size, if you have any sizing questions please reach out to info@lil-monster.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
U.S ORDERS
We pride ourselves on making our furry friends comfy and happy. Lil Monsters accepts returns for refund and offers exchanges within 21 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@lil-monster.com with your order number and we will email you a return shipping label. Returns will be subject to a $5 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
